Great food, tons of candy, loads of chocolate, and so much geeky food science stuff that I have no idea what is going on. But I’m sure that I must get some of it in my head…. maybe…
Overall once again a spectacular evening spent up in Salt Lake with Rac! And I learned all about crystallization, phase diagrams, food engineering, and so much more!!
